Online Project Manager

The Online Project Manager reports to the Programme & Planning Manager in the CSB EMEA team. We are currently looking for an exceptional individual who can manage the day to day running and Customer Experience improvements of the EMEA discount programme for both internal and external customers. These CE improvements include, new products, experiences or features on the site, such as new web site templates, customer journeys/paths, new site search functionality, navigation tools, personalisation capabilities, or alignment to new global standards for layout and design. 

Your main responsibilities will involve: 

• Own the VIP Club (external discount programme) quarterly/yearly roadmap and keep in line with overall CSB Online business plans and budget 
• Management of budget allocation for the development of the VIP Club 
• Identify opportunities for improving online performance and customer experience 
• Strategically plan and develop the VIP club to grow across EMEA and in turn increase both revenue and margin levels 
• Work with stakeholders to identify appropriate plans based on business requirements 
• Manage the relationship with our external agency to include affiliate management 
• Raising voucher codes for EMEA and managing all requests within SLA 
• Handle VIP customer queries as they arise 
• Attend customer sites/meetings to promote the VIP Club 
• Responsible for customer marketing collateral

Educational requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
